Today, despite the rain, we headed to the
Pitkins for another great St Patty's Parade Party! Thanks for the invite and being such great hosts!
Elizabeth was styling in her St Patty's dress that she helped make and hello kitty rain boots! She even had the fun of splashing around in the puddles without mom getting mad.
Because of the rain we left the camera at home. The kids were hamming it up for several other people's camera so if get some of those we'll share. We got tons of beads, footballs, Frisbees, cups, inappropriate tattoos, a t-shirt, basketball and a couple
kosies! The Oscar Myer hot dog truck was in the parade along with several marching bands. The best part was the kids wore their selves out, fell asleep in the car, and then both slept for 2+ hours once we were home so Mom and Dad also got a nice Sat afternoon nap - doesn't get much better than that!
