Bird bath

My kids gave a new meaning to bird bath. We had this empty fire pit and extra bird feed from last year. Justin decided to put the bird food in the fire pit for the birds but next thing we know the kids are bathing in the bird bath. They are having just too much fun to get made.

Baby update

All was well at the dr today. Fluids have gone up and baby got 8/8 on
it's test! Yeah baby. We prepared for the worst (taking packed bags)
and prayed for the best and we got it. A few more days to see if the
baby will come on it's own. Wednesday is the day if it doesn't come by
then so we know we'll have a March baby no matter what.

Funny tidbit...Elizabeth was also born on Wednesday of Easter week.

Baby update

So the ultrasound showed baby is 7 14. Of course that's not full
proof. My fluids were on the low side though so we will have a follow
up appointment Friday to recheck fluids. If they have not improved
they will induce Sat.

Of course induction is not my first choice, I'd much rather wait for
the baby to come on it own so I will pray the fluids increase by
Friday. In the mean time I'll drink lots of water and rest as the dr
ordered!

It's getting closer either way!!!

Camp out

Justin bravely campout with the kids the other night in our back yard. Elizabeth thought it was the best thing in the world. Logan like it to but according to Justin didn't take to sleeping quite as well as Elizabeth. He's use to the confinement of his crib. I think it took about an hour of play time in the tent before everyone passed out.

For the record, no Mommy stayed inside in the comfort of her bed. Not that I mind camping but at 9 months pregnant I have enough issues sleeping!

Elizabeth didn't want to let her little friend go...but she didn't have a problem eating him 30 min later!

Thanks to a little coaxing from his sister Logan finally held the crawfish.

How big is Baby? About 6 lbs - doing a weight est ultrasound next wk
Total weight gain: 25lbs - holding steady
Maternity clothes? Yes, and out growing some which is never fun!
Stretch marks? yes, if you count old ones! yuck
Sleep: Between being sick and 9 months pregnant its been hard to come by more than a couple hours at a time.
Best moment this week: Logan keeps saying, "push the baby out", like he can just pop it out of my belly for me. If only it were that easy!
Movement: More like pushing these says.
Food cravings: Nothing lately
Gender: Surprise!!
Labor Signs: More and more contractions, bodys defiently getting ready.
Belly Button in or out? My timer is starting to pop!
Milestones: I was 1 cm at today's dr appointment - let the fun begin!

Total weight gain: 25lbs - minus one at today's appointment.
Maternity clothes? Yes, and out growing some which is never fun!
Stretch marks? yes, if you count old ones! yuck
Sleep: Hit or miss. Bathroom trips are getting more frequent :(
Best moment this week: Elizabeth getting mad at the baby for kicking her while she was trying to sleep on me.
Movement: Strong baby! It likes to stretch out these days trying to make more room i guess.
Food cravings: Steak - must be that anemia creeping in
Gender: Surprise!!
Labor Signs: Have had a few random contractions but nothing consitant thank goodness.
Belly Button in or out? My timer is starting to pop!
Milestones: Last "boring" appointment as my dr says. Next time they start checking for progress which will mean the baby could come any time then - yikes!
