7 Months

My baby "Robin" is 7 months old today :( If anyone knows how to slow them down let me know!! He's crawing on his knees now, pulling up and into everything! He loves to get "caught" under tables these days. Still no teething but I'm sure those will come in time. He lights up when Elizabeth talks to him as you can see in the video below. He sleeps like a champ when we let him. I feel bad because it seems like we are always waking up! He a trooper! He is such a joy and has the most beautiful blue eyes. I think they are going to stay! Finally one kid with lighter eyes like mommy!

Boo at Zoo

We tried a new Boo at the Zoo this year since we are in NOLA. Lots of games, a ghost train ride, and some trick or treat fun!

Bat Girl

Funny thing at the Zoo...they had one booth that was a "salon" and the young girls running the booth were all about hair painting and fingernail polish. Elizabeth got pink nails and then the girls asked if she want her hair done. She said no under her breath...then I said "you can if you want". Her eyes got huge...she was so excited it made her night! She thought she was too cool!

Sock Hop

In celebration of the 50th day of school Elizabeths class is happing a 50's sock hop! She's very excited to the point she came into our room at 6:30 fully dressed for school! Thanks to Walmart haveing "poodles" it was pretty easy to make.

Just because he has figured out how to pull up I guess he thinks he can just stand up on his own too. Not quite yet!

Ironically LSU verse Auburn game was on the same day as Justin's work Family day. So as we do every Sat durning football season, we dected out in Auburn gear. Part of the family day included a professional photographer to take our pic. Perfect, we don't get many of those!

And yes, Auburn pulled out the big WIN Saturday against LSU propelling Auburn to #1 in the BCS!

Daddy has done a great job of making sure Luke has plenty of food in the freezer! He is eating like a champ so this has become a weekly event lately.

This is Luke favorite position these days. We have a light weight play stand which he used as a walker all the way around the couch and then some all on his knees. We have brick pavers in the new house and we thought they slow him down some but not yet.

Hummm

I couldn't find Logan this morning...I finally found him in the office contemplating what he wants for his birthday and Christmas.

Luke had his 6 month well baby visit today. Aka shots! The first he smiled about then the other two screened! Then he spit the oral vaccine back out at the nurse. He was a healthy 19lb 10 oz - 90%. She confirm he's a healthy, strong baby!

Night ride

Luke loves being outside! And now that it's cooling off we are trying to spend lots of time outside. The other evening he had too much. We went to take him inside and had to pry his hand off the rope.
